Nya Wilkinson was born and raised in Queens, New York. She began her baking career at the young age of 11. After moving to Georgia her passion for baking began. It all started from her making slime in her mom’s kitchen. She soon realize that mixing small ingredients created big masterpieces. She began making brownies for her classmates and the word spread like wildfire of her newly found hobby. Not soon after she began making unique cupcakes that she named “NyNy Creations”. These “creations” entailed decadent ingredients like pineapple, toasted coconut, and fresh fruits. With her newly discovered talent her mom entered her into her first televised kids baking competition.

Nya competed with 5 other competitors and at 12 years old she became the first ever kids baking battle winner! She went home with three trophies and is now taking cupcake orders from her local friends and family. Her signature “NyNy Creation” cupcake was featured in a local family bakery in Locus Grove, Georgia. Nya’s goal is to encourage kids her age to follow their dreams… even if they are only 12 years old.
